Swim Training began yesterday Monday 14th August.

The swim schedule is as follows:

 

  • Afternoons—3:15pm-5:00pm on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
  • Mornings—5:30am-7:00am on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and 7:30am-9:00am on Saturdays
  • Friday 5.30am-7.15am is compulsory for all Team (those that train with out of school club)
  • 12 and under should be swimming at least 3 sessions per week
  • 13 and over years should be swimming at least 5 sessions per week
